The staff at residence inn was fantastic , and the room was spacious and clean. I loved the variety of breakfast options available, including fresh fruit and yogurts. Plus, the outdoor grill area was a nice touch 😊

Location: the hotel was really close to the fitness center which is pretty basic as well as most restaurants, supermarkets & highway. There was cafe Mother Earths Storehouse, that I found within 20 minutes' walk of the venue.

The breakfast meal was good with fresh options, appetizers and also fruit.

Staff provided really good customer service throughout my stay.

Hotel features an indoor heated swimming pool.

The check-in process was frustrating, as my room was not ready until over an hour after the promised 3 PM check-in time. On top of this inconvenience, I found hair in the shower and stains on the floor, unacceptable for a hotel. To make matters worse, the hot tub was cold and did not work at all, despite alerts to the staff.

Encountered issues with the room’s cleanliness and maintenance, but the spacious two-bedroom suite was perfect for my family gathering. Andrea at the front desk made our day brighter with her accommodating attitude.

Can just recommend for a weekend trip

Spacious suite, convenient location, including a well-equipped fitness center, was perfect to unwind after a day of exploring, with easy access to the highway and delicious breakfast options to start our mornings right.

The spacious One-Bedroom King Suite offered a great work environment with excellent internet access, perfect for my business needs. The breakfast selection surpassed typical hotel offerings, with local sweets that added a nice touch. The fitness center, although basic, was well-equipped enough for a satisfying workout. The location, while accessible, could benefit from more nearby dining options.

Spacious suites with great amenities, but cleanliness needs attention

I appreciated the well-equipped kitchen in my suite. There were cleanliness issues that detracted from the overall experience, such as debris in the room and a need for better attention to detail during housekeeping.

This was just a proper fit for a city holiday in Kingston with good value. I appreciated the clean, organized room that welcomed us after long days of exploring. Consider checking in early to get settled before the evening rush.

The rooms were spacious and well-organized, perfect for our stay. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub after exploring local spots, like the HITS Horse Show. Highly recommend for a fun getaway!

Experience was slightly marred by some housekeeping issues, as areas could have used a bit more attention.

The large suites provided ample space and comfort , upgraded with a pleasant breakfast with homemade muffins. Several maintenance issues detracted from the experience, including a malfunctioning walk-in shower that remained unrepaired throughout our stay. The room could have benefited from better housekeeping attention, as it lacked thorough cleaning and proper towel storage. Despite these drawbacks, the location was convenient for nearby attractions and highway access.

We loved our One-Bedroom King Suite! It had a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, and tea/coffee maker, perfect for late-night snacks. The seating area with a sofa bed was cozy. The fitness center was nice too. Spacious and accessible with free toiletries, roll-in shower, and separate private bathroom. Breakfast was amazing with lots of options!

This place suits me perfectly, offering free wi-fi, luggage storage, and a fitness center. The staff even helped me with a hot drink when I first arrived. I'm coming back for a weekend!
